I’ve had a heck of a time with your lab testing my blood. The second time, I think, was a FedEx shipping problem. The first though, I received a message saying insufficient amount of blood. This is in spite of my following the directions to a tee. The worst part and reasoning for the lower rating today though, is your AI responses when I’ve tried to message the company. They’re sub par for the experience that I’d expect with such a company.
