Scam you out of money. Even when you cancel, they continue to charge you without any notice.When I cancelled my subscription online, it apparently wasn’t the only step because they charged me another subscription fee without any notice at all. They said they don’t have to give notice because it’s a subscription, but I thought it was cancelled because I clicked stop auto renewal. Even once they charged I clicked it again and when I was on the phone with them disputing the charge I asked her to make sure I was never charged again and she still had to go in and manually cancel. Zero customer service. I escalated to a manager who basically said too bad. I even tried to dispute it through my bank with no luck. Horrible experience and I advise others not to make the same mistake by using this company.
