I was very impressed with getting signed up for a prescription and receiving a prescription initially. I am now waiting two weeks to receive my prescription refill and have contacted hims several times without receiving a satisfactory answer as to when it will be refilled. I understand this is on the pharmacy side, but this is still very frustrating.
