NOT a happy camper!

The response time with messages is good. However, I came home from vacation on Nov. 11th, and left my second and only vial in FL. It was absolutely ridiculous that my order, which was set to renew on Nov. 18th, couldn’t be processed early. I just received a FedEx notice that I would receive it on Nov. 29th, so I’ve missed 3 injections. This is NOT good customer care, and based on this alone, if I need to renew after the 6 mos. I’ve paid for, I will go elsewhere, probably Ro, which I know is your biggest competitor!
