Company attempted to correct Terrible customer service

While I have really benefitted from using Hims products, their customer service is extremely lacking and it is clear that they only care about their profits and not the customer in any way. I have used their glp-1 injections for the last year and have seen some great results, going from 335 down to 255 pounds. The last few months I have plateaued and have not seen any further positive results. Based on this and the reality that I don't have the money to keep up with the subscription cost on a permanent basis I decided it may be time to cancel. I went to check my subscription status that is good until Nov 12 (more than a month from now) and was going to cancel the next cycle, only to find out I had already been charged for 6 more months. I called and escalated to a supervisor to only be repeatedly and very shortly told that there was absolutely nothing they could do except cancel my subscription moving forward even though my order hadn't shipped and wouldn't ship for some time. I know this order can be cancelled if the company truly cared about their customers and wasn't so focused on their profits. It's ironic that a company that specializes in products catering towards bettering peoples lives and wellbeing needs to be so greedy and put that well ahead of their customers satisfaction. I do not have the money to spend another $1,500 on this after already giving this company $3k, but they were completely unwilling to reason with me or help me in any way whatsoever. I understand I made a mistake and missed the important date, but was hoping they would have a little compassion and possibly help me out in a time of need when I have been a supporter of theirs. Disappointing to say the least and I would never do business with this company again.Update: I am happy to report that the company reached out to me and offered to refund half the cost of the 6 month subscription. I'm glad I was heard and they helped me out even if it wasn't fully what I wanted. I am changing my review from a 1 to a 4.
