A Disappointing Experience After a Year of Use

I had been a customer for a year, and everything seemed fine. However, my latest encounter has led me to decide against using them again. I was told by customer service that once an order is within 48 hours of processing, it cannot be altered or canceled. But wait—my order isn’t even 48 hours from being processed yet! I've used mail order pharmacies linked to all major insurance providers, as well as private ones, and none have such an absurd policy. It seems designed to penalize those who forget to cancel an order, but it goes further by preventing changes to orders that aren’t even processed yet.
