I setup an account with Hims to order pills for weight loss. Order process was easy and quick. As I was waiting for my order to be filled and shipped I was informed by my primary care physician that I should not be taking any additional medication. I contacted Hims and asked to cancel my order. Hims informed me they would cancel my order and refund my auto refill but not the full order. They stated the order had already been processed and shipped so they could not stop it. I requested again that they refund my full amount, I would be happy to refuse delivery or would be happy to return unopened. They said they could not refund my full order and gave me suggestions on where to get rid of the pills. Later that day they sent me a notification letting me know my order was now processed and being shipped. This is not right. Based on the timing of the communications they did not need to ship my order and could have refunded me the full amount. I am now contacting the BBB and my state attorney general. This company is great at taking your order and money but is completely not interested in servicing their customer. I would strongly suggest not doing business with them.
