This feels like a scam.
I accessed this through an Instagram ad for a “soulmate sketch”, where you pay a small amount. What is not clearly explained is that this activates a €29.99 monthly subscription.
In my case, I was charged twice (€59.98 total) without any clear warning, notification, or transparent consent.
I even contacted them after the first charge, as I had no knowledge or consent for any subscription, but received no real help or solution. I had to find the account myself after a lot of searching, as it was linked to a different email.
On top of that, I never received any proper email explaining the subscription, pricing, or recurring charges, and I have not used the service at all.
After two months of being charged for something I never used, they refuse to issue a refund, hiding behind their refund policy.
