I wish that I could leave negative stars. I got suckered by this legal scam. I signed up for their soulmate sketch (I know. Embarassing right?), paid $1 to see said sketch. Was not sent the sketch, nor was I advised how to access it. I thought nothing of it until a few weeks later I saw a receipt for a Venmo payment, then another, and another. I also noticed that there were 4 charges of 50 cents. I had no idea what hint was. I disputed with Venmo, who provides the 2nd worst customer service that I have ever encountered. They told me it was an astrology app called hint. It took me several days to figure out what this was. That damn soulmate sketch, which I never got! Venmo denied the multiple charges for one app. Like $92! So then I thought to try the Hint app itself. They truly have no customer service. It initially seems like you are emailing with a very responsive customer service representative who loves their job and is on their game. It was AI. Asked for all this evidence it took me an hour to pull together. I almost feel like they were collecting data. As soon as I hit send I had an immediate response telling me their policy clearly states "no refunds after 7 day trial is over." OK. I'll pay for one year. Not 3." Same response over and over saying same thing no matter what you fed it. Horrific customer service. Well none really. I will figure out a way to get my money back. Beware this company. Since when did stealing become a legal business practice? HINT is stealing from stupid people like me who think it would be fun to get this sketch and oh look, only a dollar. Sure. Now I am out $92. Insane. I saw on here that this is a common scam of theirs. I'm so bummed that I got caught up in this. DO NOT TRUST HINT APP WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD OR VENMO ACCOUNT. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK. THOUGH I INTEND TO TRY. Beware the HINT App. They will lure you in with some silly low cost offer then charge your card 3 times and 4 times in the space of one week. I complain. AI Bot says sorry. No refunds! TAKE THE HINT. JUST SAY NO!
