I was charged £29.99 for a subscription I wasn’t told I subscribed to. I have asked for a full refund. I’ll update to advise if I get it as I see others have clearly had the same thing happen to them:

Without emailing with my reference, as advised below, they have already responded to my original email to state that I will get a refund. This is good. Let’s see if I actually get the refund.

It’s a shame about this subscription thing because it was something fun to do and we all were willing to pay for the picture. They should’ve made the subscription service very clear and given an option to opt in. I genuinely didn’t see it anywhere when I paid for the picture so I do feel scammed but their quick responses tell me they are not scamming and are trying to rectify it. I’ll change my review to a neutral 3 stars once I get the money back.

However, if this keeps happening to more people after this, people should stop using their services.
