I am very unhappy with Oscar for these reason. Pass this along, because I will make sure more organizations are aware of how Oscar treated me with my health issue.... 4/14- 5/6 - Remicade was requested and submitted as buy and bill option so benefits were checked as well at this time. Oscar came back and said they wanted Inflectra and not Remicade and that it now needed to be converted to pharmacy benefits , meaning it would be run under your pharmacy benefits. 6/6/22 - inflectra denied 7/14-9/9- we have not heard anything from Oscar so at this point we started Orencia injection and this was approved and you started this.10/24- visit with provider and Orencia was not working so we went back to trying for inflectra 11/11- per billing manager allow at least 7 business days for authorization decision. At this point we knew your copay would 67.50 per infusion with your copay card from Janssen company. 12/3- denial letter came through for Remicade again stating you needed to try inflectra 12/9- I called Oscar and gave a verbal pa over the phone for inflectra. notes were faxed as well multiple times to them per Oscar to fax to 844-965-9053, and label it to "clinical review team".1/5/23 - still nothing from Oscar so at this point we sent the rx for inflectra to CVS to see if they would send the medication and or flag a pa and fax it over to us but still nothing. I terminated their service, my condition has worsened, they didn't care what I'm going through.
