This business operates unethically, claiming 'respect' while doing the opposite. We stayed at several locations, some acceptable and others not. We rarely met hosts; of the two we did, one was pleasant and the other was quite aggressive. After voicing our concerns, the situation escalated, leading us to contact the authorities, where we discovered this was a known unstable individual misrepresenting someone else's property. This is something the service could have easily identified. It was clear that both this individual and the company profited from this situation, leading us to believe they are not trustworthy and that we were scammed. The environment is rife with deceit—from the platform to the individuals involved. The service itself is a scam, showcasing misleading photos and inaccurate descriptions to exploit consumers and travelers, ultimately for profit and self-interest. It's truly a sham.
