This business operates unethically, claiming 'respect' while doing the opposite. We stayed at several locations, some acceptable and others not. We rarely met hosts; of the two we did, one was pleasant and the other was quite aggressive. After voicing our concerns, the situation escalated, leading us to contact the authorities, where we discovered this was a known unstable individual misrepresenting someone else's property. This is something the service could have easily identified. It was clear that both this individual and the company profited from this situation, leading us to believe they are not trustworthy and that we were scammed. The environment is rife with deceit—from the platform to the individuals involved. The service itself is a scam, showcasing misleading photos and inaccurate descriptions to exploit consumers and travelers, ultimately for profit and self-interest. It's truly a sham.

I had a frustrating experience with the booking process. After needing to change the date, I was charged $250 for the modification. The platform is also quite poor with refunds. Within just 10 minutes, I lost around $800 due to their cancellation policies. It's better to choose more reliable websites if you want peace of mind regarding changes and cancellations.
I am quite disappointed with the service. They do not refund the service fee even if you have to cancel due to a thunderstorm forecast. Even worse, the site owner suggested we reschedule, but the company still refused to refund the fee. This is truly unreasonable and unfair to campers.
While I understand the need for service fees, it's unreasonable for them to vary based on the campsite price. The company does not provide different services for each booking, so there’s no justification for differing fees. It's advisable to book directly with the property owner, as their fees are likely to be much more reasonable compared to what this platform charges for a simple search.
