This is the most disappointing homeowners insurance provider I have ever encountered. I cannot recommend this service to anyone. The negative reviews are accurate! The adjusters are unhelpful; when you purchase insurance, you expect to have coverage when needed, but that’s not the case here. They claim to provide coverage for access, yet they don’t follow through. Please read reviews before choosing this provider or any other! The adjusters seem more focused on saving money for their bonuses rather than assisting clients. Seriously, proceed with caution!
