My experience with the service has been appalling. I was charged £450 for a ceramic coating, but after taking the car home, a valet informed me that it had not been applied. After multiple calls, I was told they forgot to apply it, but they certainly didn’t forget to take my money. The vehicle has been unsafe, veering off the road three times. I later discovered there's an active safety recall, which makes it illegal to sell. When I reached out to speak to a manager, I was promised a call back, but no one has contacted me. This situation could have been life-threatening. I have contacted legal representatives and notified trading standards.
