I'm leaving this one-star review as a follow-up to my earlier review. This contains two emails from the service: one confirms that the car was serviced prior to sale; the other addresses my concerns regarding an oil change warning. I’m not adding my own opinions—readers can review the emails and draw their own conclusions. The last documented service was approximately 20,000 miles ago, and I expected basic service items to be completed. The first email confirms the car was serviced, while the second explains their servicing process, which differs from what some may expect. I have provided my car registration and name, and will update if I receive further response.
