I had a very disappointing experience and recommend looking elsewhere. I was charged £450 for a ceramic coating, but after taking the car home, I learned from a valet that it seemed the coating hadn't been applied at all. After numerous calls, they admitted they forgot to apply it, but they certainly remembered to take my money. The vehicle has been dangerous, veering off the road three times. I later found out there’s an active safety recall, which makes it illegal to sell. I contacted them to speak to a manager, and was promised a call back, but no one reached out. Legal action is being pursued, and trading standards have been notified.
