Although they're not my nearest garage I decided to take a punt on HIQ Tyres & Autocare based in Bicester. My decision was due to the shear amount of rave reviews I realised they had received after my extensive research. I wanted them to check and adjust my wheel alignment. On my arrival I was greeted by Sam The owner and Paul his front of house right hand man They couldn't be more polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Grant the technician who worked on my car did so with extreme care and attention to detail. I was there longer than expected as he was checking and double checking his work and making sure that other checks I had asked for were done properly. I was also able to watch Grant work on my car. I have never known a garage with this level of customer care, expertise and transparency. This shows the confidence they have in their ability on all fronts. This also instilled me with massive confidence and the knowledge nothing was left unturned in their quest for maximum customer satisfaction. They are without doubt the best garage I've ever been too and will now be my first port of call in future as they provide many other services All of their technicians work as Grant did as this is their way. When they say they put the customer first they mean it Not like most who only pay lip service to it. Check them out. I promise you will not be disappointed.
