My car failed its MOT, which was carried out at HiQ (not their fault). Booked in to have the necessary work done and it was completed within two days, including the retest.

The mechanic accidentally broke part of the windscreen wiper assembly while getting to the suspension, and this £70 part was replaced free of charge.

Most garages would have said that it was damaged when they went to remove it. HiQ are honest to a fault.

Highly recommended.
