I thought about this for a long time before deciding to speak up, but I believe it's best for other recruiters and CSM professionals, to be aware and informed.
I worked for HireUA and successfully closed all the positions I was responsible for without any issues or the need to seek additional help in sourcing candidates.
Unfortunately, it was difficult to work efficiently, as many unnecessary steps were added to even the simplest processes.
I also found it challenging to be fully open within the company due to a passive aggressive atmosphere and a general sense of visible dissatisfaction among team members.
Before I joined, I was informed that the long-time recruiter who interviewed me was no longer with the company so I could be properly briefed, but that the company was generally stable. However, other long-term employees left shortly afterward, and some of the newer hires who remained were eventually let go.
Additionally, my bonus was not fully paid out, and I was told that they had already been generous toward me and had essentially done me a favor.
When the collaboration finally ended, I felt a strong sense of relief, as the constant negativity that had been present in the company on a daily basis was finally gone!
If you're looking for stability and a long term position, HireUA definitely doesn't provide that.
