They refused to refund my deposit after after I got sick of Hire A Hubby Upwey rescheduling dates over 20 times in a 174 day period (only 90 days of this were covid lockdown related) and failure to provide 95% of the services. Called Hire A Hubby main call centre for support and they messed this up even more. Was assigned a "Field Manager" who although pleasant, was totally ineffective. Scary husband and wife team who got menacing and coercive after being challenged for a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Will now be taking Hire A Hubby Upwey to VCAT for breaches of same law and deceptive and misleading conduct.
