We had our wonderful wedding just over a week ago and Hire and Admire helped us to stick within our budget, whist still having the wedding we wished for! When I told my mum I would be using them, she was unsure as sh thought only fresh flowers would do, however when they arrived, she fell in love with them as I did. Our wedding was in the week of the bank holiday, and the flowers arrived within plenty of time. It was really easy also to modify changes to the bundle I had originally chosen. Absolute dream!
I don't know where to start ... but what i can say is WAOW!When it came to picking flowers for my wedding I didn't know where to start. But what i did know what that I wanted something beautiful, effective, timeless, and that i wouldn't have to throw away but also within budget. I love flowers, but I hate when they start to die off and you have to throw them out. That's why Hire & Admire was perfect for us and our day. From the minute I opened the boxes the weekend before the wedding the flowers filled me with so much happiness. I was honestly so sad to see them go!We went with the Oliva collection - bouquets, buttons holes, hoops, corsages, pew ends and displays - the works! The simple elegance of the white & pale pink flowers complemented our dusty pink dresses. Each piece arrived in perfect condition, so professional and perfect. All of the pieces were so effective, whether displayed in the chapel or at the reception. I added some additional ribbons to each piece just to pull the whole theme together and they were so beautiful! The complements that we got on the flowers were brilliant - our guests couldn't believe that they weren't real!The process of ordering the items, payment, adding on addition items, and then returning them was so simple! Couldn't have been easier!I'm only married a week, and I'd love to do it all over again - and if I did, I'd being choosing Hire & Admire again! I can't wait to get my professional photos back so i can share them with Hire & Admire!Would 10/10 recommend to a friend!
If you value your wedding day, your sanity, or even the basic concept of reliability — do not touch Hire and Admire Flowers with a barge pole. This company has single-handedly destroyed what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives, and I wouldn’t wish our experience on anyone.We booked months in advance. They were lightning-fast at taking our money, but when it came to delivering what we actually paid for? Chaos. They sent our wedding flowers five days early, to the wrong address. We only discovered this because we got an email saying we had rejected the flowers. We hadn’t rejected them — we never even saw them.We rang Hire and Admire immediately. Their response? “Nothing we can do, contact Parcel Force.” Two hours on the phone later, I was told I’d “failed DPA” because I couldn’t provide the address that they had wrongly shipped them to. Back to Hire and Admire, who finally admitted they’d sent them to the wrong place. But don’t worry, they said — it was a “one in a million mistake” and they’d overnight replacements.That was Monday. Our wedding was Thursday.Tuesday: replacements never even left the depot. Why? Because Hire and Admire didn’t get them there on time. Another “one in a million mistake.”Wednesday: we checked tracking. The replacements had been returned to the depot. Yet another “one in a million mistake.”At this point, we’ve had so many “one in a million mistakes” that the odds are starting to look like a lottery — except instead of winning a jackpot, we got absolutely nothing. No flowers. No accountability. No genuine apology. No care whatsoever that they were actively wrecking our wedding.So here we are: our wedding day has arrived, and we have no flowers. None. Hire and Admire promised, failed, lied, excused, promised again, failed again, and left us with absolutely nothing but stress, wasted time, and a ruined experience that can never be undone.This company should not be allowed to trade. They are incompetent, careless, and utterly unfit to be trusted with anyone’s big day.Do not book them. Do not risk it. They will take your money, feed you excuses about “one in a million mistakes,” and leave you standing at your own wedding with nothing.
Avoid this company at all costs unless you want endless problems & your event ruined. Incompetent. Unreliable. Unprofessional. If I could give 0* I would. Eager to take your hard earned cash, not so eager to rectify problems. Entirely unacceptable where large amounts of money & once in a lifetime events are concerned.
Stay well clear of this company, if you have booked and paid get a refund now!!! Day before my best friends wedding no flowers are arriving. Cocked up five days prior, to be told the day before they were in a parcelforce van going to another destination. The day before your wedding should be stress free when it’s all been booked, paid for, knowing you have no problems for your big day. Yet this lovely couple are devastated to have there big day ruined with no flowers. Avoid at all costs !!!!!!
Absolutely enraged. My brother gets married tomorrow to his beautiful wife-to-be and has been planning the wedding of their dreams for years. Everything was planned to the last detail and Hire & Blooms have sent the flowers to a completely random location that my brother isn’t even aware of. Then they blamed parcelforce, yet FAILED TO SEND OUT A REPLACEMENT. So now the wedding will have no flowers as the specific type he ordered aren’t easy to find as they’re artificial. Now instead of enjoying their last days as single people they’re stressed and having to solve a problem they never should of had. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR WEDDING RUINING THE DAY BEFORE.
What a fab idea! I rented the taylor set with 7 buttonholes, 10 isle ends and meadows. They come in reused boxes which i requested for the environment, I got so many compliments. What was fab was that they prepaid the return and it was so easyI enquired to 2 florists with pretty much similar flowers and they both wanted £2600 and i paid £550 it was amazing it almost felt to good to be true , the company was also fab and would reply quickly to all my stupud questions about the width of the bouquetI cant praise them enough
