My withdrawal was blocked without explanation, and customer service started requesting verification for payment methods I never even used. They asked for Mastercard verification when I had only used other methods - a clear red flag for identity theft concerns.
What's worse, I discovered that multiple customer service agents use the same photos but different names, which security experts have flagged as potential identity theft. When I tried to close my account, I was told that any positive balance would be voided - essentially stealing my money.The casino operates with an offshore license (Anjouan) and lacks the transparency and regulation of reputable operators. Numerous complaints on Casino Guru and Trustpilot show similar patterns: delayed withdrawals, blocked accounts, and fabricated reasons to keep players' money.
