Terrible customer service. They won't let you speak to tech support and won't transfer you to a supervisor. They won't help you fix issues. They just make excuses and send tickets in that don't get worked. They are causing the loss of a great opportunity and hopefully someone is able to sue them over it one day. 🤞🏻 Will be calling home office and headquarters about this experience. I even found some of the top people in the company on LinkedIn to try and ask for their help. I'm not giving you any information. If you aren't able to resolve the issue the first 10 times it's been discussed then how will it be resolved now? It won't.
