My initial complaint about my right to return was disregarded, and it took a second email for my concern to be taken seriously. Ultimately, I was offered a £35 refund while being told to keep the items. This does not make up for the money I've lost, and the business is not adhering to consumer rights. I accepted the offer for convenience, as I currently lack the time to seek legal advice. Company policies should not override individual rights, and this matter needs to be addressed. I will not be purchasing or using their services again.
