I purchased £70 worth of items during a clearance sale, but the quality was disappointing and they didn’t match the images. I was told that returns weren’t accepted due to the company’s small size, which would cause them a loss. My initial complaint about my right to return was ignored, and it took a second email for my concern to be acknowledged. Even then, I was only offered a £35 refund while being told to keep the items. This does not make up for my financial loss, and the business does not adhere to consumer rights. I accepted the offer for convenience, as I currently don’t have the time to seek legal advice. Company policies cannot override individual rights, and this issue needs to be addressed. I will not be making any future purchases or using their services again.

They are consistently very helpful, and the dresses are of excellent quality. I've never waited more than a couple of hours for a response to my emails. They have become my go-to rental service, far superior to others I've tried. It's so user-friendly.

When I reached out for even a partial refund, I received a link to their terms and conditions stating no refunds. Renting items for a specific occasion means timely delivery is crucial; otherwise, it feels like a waste of time and money. I had to rush out to buy a new dress for my event, making the whole experience disappointing. I haven’t heard back since, which is concerning.
I ordered a size 14 dress, and while the correct dress arrived the next day, it was not a size 14. I reached out to the company, and a representative responded promptly for more information. Less than 24 hours after I raised the issue, it was resolved. Although the dress was unusable, the quality was impressive. I would definitely use this service again based on the service I received.
