The dress I received was too large, and I was told that no refunds or credit notes are permitted for unworn items. They offered a £10 discount on a replacement, but if that didn’t work, I’d already be down £45 before finding something else. It’s a fantastic idea, but make sure you’re certain the outfit will fit. Also, I received swift customer service from a representative.
