I was thrilled to order after hearing about a friend's great experience, but my recent hire was disappointing. The dress arrived looking cheap, and the packaging ruined the experience. For a formal event, I expected it to be presented nicely, but it was crumpled in a paper bag, making it feel far from special. The sequined dress had to be carefully unwrapped as the sequins were stuck to the lining. When I contacted customer service, their response felt generic and didn’t address my query about swapping my outfit for an additional fee. Instead, I was given information about eco-friendly packaging, which didn’t explain why my friends received better presentations. It felt dismissive rather than helpful. The concept is excellent, but the execution lacks in both garment presentation and customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be using them again.
