I was excited by the variety of dresses available for hire. I chose one, but it arrived unfit for purpose with a bent zip. It was not suitable for a wedding guest outfit, especially given the light material. They replied and offered a replacement, but I couldn't respond because I wouldn't be home until the day of the event. Now, I'm waiting for a reply. While I appreciate the offer of a replacement, since the initial dress was not wearable, I just needed them to accept a return and issue a refund. I'm now waiting for a response and refund. They seem helpful, but after reading other reviews, I worry I may have been misled with a poor-quality dress, and I’ve already spent £25 on the inconvenience and stress.
