I ordered a specific office chair but received two inferior quality chairs instead. After several messages and a phone call regarding a missing parcel, they sent out replacements that were not what I ordered. I’m very frustrated. How can a company send out two incorrect items? I've tried to contact them today, but no one answered. I’m currently waiting for a return and a full refund—early days yet, but I will update if this is not addressed urgently.
