We had an issue with one of packages, think it got damaged on delivery. Josef from Hirex called up and arranged someone to collect and helped me process my refund. We reordered the exact same piece of furniture which we love. Thank you Josef for helping us.
We also ordered X2 under sink cupboards, kitchen sideboard, vanity unit with mirror and stool, shoe organiser. We love them all. Great furniture, look great and very sturdy. Will be ordering more from Hirex!
Only thing I could add is if Hirex had a customer number instead of going through Debenhams, as this did make the process longer.
This service has been incredibly frustrating; they lost my sofa twice and ignored my inquiries. I had to contact higher management just to receive a response. When the incorrect chair finally arrived, I discovered it only after opening the package. Now, they refuse to collect it due to the damaged box. I strongly advise against using this service.

The negative reviews seem accurate regarding this company, AVOID. They appear ill-equipped to collaborate with larger businesses and seem to operate close to scam-like practices. Many individuals seem to have lost either products or money.
After ordering a quad bike for my son from an online marketplace, it was delivered a week later. Unfortunately, it was damaged during transit. I emailed to arrange a return, and the company responded within 24 hours to organize a collection. The item was picked up and refunded within five days. The process was quick and straightforward. I reached out to the company due to a confusing message about my delivery time. Since the package was a gift, I didn’t open it, but I was assured that any issues would be handled.
I ordered a specific office chair but received two inferior quality chairs instead. After several messages and a phone call regarding a missing parcel, they sent out replacements that were not what I ordered. I’m very frustrated. How can a company send out two incorrect items? I've tried to contact them today, but no one answered. I’m currently waiting for a return and a full refund—early days yet, but I will update if this is not addressed urgently.
