Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Supplier - WILL BE REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS!!I ordered a hanging egg chair from Debenhams, with Hirix as the supplier, and opted for Fast Express Delivery. I placed my order on 20th June, and as of today, I still have not received anything.Despite multiple follow-ups, the order status claims that one of three items has been delivered—this is simply not true. I have CCTV around my entire property, and I can confirm that no delivery attempt has been made.The lack of communication, failure to resolve the issue, and misleading order status are unacceptable. If you're considering ordering from Debenhams with Hirix as the supplier, I strongly advise you to think twice. Check your delivery status carefully, and like me, use CCTV or other forms of evidence in case you run into similar issues.This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.
