Since I can't reply to the response to my previous review, I’ll state my case here. It's disappointing that the reply to my last review echoed the same untruth I received after a week of silence regarding my initial support request, clearly indicating they do not truly 'care about every one of their users.' You claimed there were logs of my activity reviewing the sales page 24 hours prior, which is a TOTAL LIE. Who would spend an entire day reviewing a page, see an unwanted upcoming charge, and not act on it? I immediately contacted support the moment I saw the charge notification. After a week of silence, I was met with excuses and falsehoods from them. This is TrustPilot. Should you trust them with your payment information? A definite NO from me! Every software I’ve encountered has a fair and professional refund policy. This service does not. Clearly, they are happy to keep your money without providing any value in return, inventing excuses to justify it. Avoid this platform due to the untrustworthiness of the people behind it.
