Who would spend an entire day reviewing a page, notice an unwanted charge, and not take action? I'm not sure who concocted that story or created those fictitious logs, but the moment I was alerted about a charge to my card, I reached out to the support team immediately. I received no response for a week, followed by excuses and falsehoods from them. This is TrustPilot. Should you trust them with your credit card information? A definite NO from me! Every software I've encountered has a fair and professional refund policy, which is not the case here. It's evident that they are more than willing to keep your money while providing no value in return, fabricating reasons to justify it. Avoid this platform—not due to the platform's quality, but because of the untrustworthy individuals behind it.
