Extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the level of customer service provided. The washing machine is unreliable — it intermittently displays an error code, fails to dispense fabric softener correctly, and frequently extends wash cycle times without explanation.
The control panel is largely unresponsive, leaving me unable to start the machine without relying on a mobile phone, which is wholly unacceptable for a standard household appliance.
Customer service has been equally disappointing. Despite repeated requests for photos and information, no meaningful progress has been made. It has now been over a month since my last correspondence, and I have received no response, even after referencing my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Overall, this has been a highly frustrating experience and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company!
