It's a terrible TV, try one with a different software. You pay a load of money for a TV and you still get intrusive ads. It is not possible to watch Freeview channels or are very well hidden. Of course I tuned the channels and 100+ were found yet I am required to sign in to ITV and likes to watch channels that are on Freeview and available on my other TV. Navigation is very painful as well, is not possible to move the most used apps to front. Back and exit take you to unexpected and unwanted places not what the previous screen actually was.

Ought this TV to replace my seven year old 55” Sony Bravia TV which I haven’t been happy with from day one.
This Hisense 65” TV is superb, easy to set up and connect everything to it, sound through my sound bar on the HDMI ARC connection is fantastic and the picture quality is absolutley superb.
So very please with my purchase.

Bought a Hisense tv with very and it broke after 14 months. All TVs have a 2 year warranty yet very won’t fix and when contact Hisense they agree but say I have to contact very who are completely ignoring me phone calls and letters. Was told to contact Hisense as it’s their product but they won’t help. Never buying another tv with very or Hisense again

Big American style fridge freezer stopped working shortly after two year warranty ran out. Used their partner ‘out of warranty’ company Pacifica with fixed cost promise (very expensive) but after 3 visits the engineer condemned the freezer as complete system error and not repairable. Very expensive mistake. Poor product with short life span.

The TV itself seems very good. I have 2 issues though:

1. I purchased the TV from Currys who advertise it as having a 5 year guarantee. In order to get this you need to register within 90 days. I registered the product immediately but on my account it is shown as only a 2 year guarantee.
2. Freely appears to be a bit buggy. I have the latest version of all software/firmware. The ability to pause live tv for up to 15 mins is great (built in recorder) but the control for fast forward do not work on freely. They work on Netflix and other service providers but not Freely.
If the issues had not arisen I would have given it 5*.

I bought a Hisense HV661D60Uk dishwasher in late 2022. I had problems with the door which were fixed during 2 year warranty. It recently wouldn’t start so as it was only 3 years old, I searched for Hisense service number. There isn’t one unless it’s in warranty. Tried one recommended local repairer who”won’t touch them”. Finally found another who came out and told me the computer board had gone which cost more than the machine to replace and not to buy another Hisense as they’re so unreliable. When new dishwasher was delivered (not Hisense) the installers also said they’d never buy any Hisense product as they have to take away so many. Avoid even though these products are cheap!

The feet on the tv are too near the end of the tv. If you have a cut away corner unit the feet may hang over the unit. My old 50" set allowed plenty of room for the set to fit well , this one does not .Picture varies , its poor when on screen images are black but the rest is quite good. Its a decent purchase for a cheaper type of tv . The old saying You get what you pay for

Freely didn't work of two weeks, then did start working. Now Prime won't play anything. T V is only 2 months old. You get what you pay for. It's a cheap TV so the chances are it's not going to work well.

Steer clear of this service.

Steer clear of this service. My washing machine broke down eight days ago, and since it's under warranty, I reached out to them directly. On the first day, I spent an hour on hold only to be disconnected when they closed. The following day, I waited another 30 minutes and was told I needed to provide proof of purchase along with a picture of the filter and pipe at the back before they could assist. Being disabled and having three young children, two of whom have special needs, made it difficult to pull the machine out for a photo. I emailed the requested pictures. Three days later, they asked for a video of the machine running to demonstrate the issue, which I provided immediately. The next day, they requested another video of me manually pushing the drum, which I also sent right away. After that, I received no updates. This morning, on the eighth day, I reached out again, only to be told they were about to contact me because they needed the serial number. After eight days, they finally have everything they required instead of asking for it all during the initial call. As of now, we are still waiting for any resolution. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
