Well, I purchased a Hisense Vidda version TV 40" in November 2025, and must say so-far it works very well.
I have had no cause to contact the company.
As now-a-days even TVs act like a computer, I treat it as one with a screen.
My only slight unhappyness is that with the 'Vidda' virsion, the app store does not cover more utilites, like the 'fire virsion' with android.....
So far my Hisense TV works well, and truely hope it continues for at least over the full 2 year warrent period.
