I purchased an integrated under the counter fridge from Hisense on the 1st April 2026 but didn't take delivery until 10th April. They started my warranty from the date of purchase NOT from when the fridge was delivered 10 days later. When I called to complain they gave me an extremely hard time and refused to correct the start date. They would not accept that I had the fridge delivered at a later date. It made me ill trying to get them to change it. Eventually they agreed to correct the warranty but by that time I was very regretful that I had used Hisense. They said they would send me an amended warranty document but of course they never did.
