Deceptive and Misleading would be the best way to describe my interaction with HiSmile.
I ordered a number of products from them to trial based on their current advertising blitz: V34 Whitening Strips x 2, Colour Correction Serum and the Stain Mouthwash.
What I received was only the Stain Mouthwash.
I contacted the company directly via their website to advise them of the error, and was promised a reply within 1-4 business days. I still have had no response.
I originally was hoping to just have my order fulfilled, but now would like to return the product that is received for a full refund.
Hopefully by involving the Department of Fair Trade, I can prompt someone within that organisation to actually do what their job is.
I do not recommend dealing with them as I believe after reading numerous other reviews that at least 1 in 4 customers have had similar issues. Very poor results for customer service.

Still no resolution in sight.
