Review Time
Used their PAP+ Powder and the next day my teeth were in pain, I had a constant dull ache in the front teeth, primarily the bottom row and it was very annoying.
After using sensodyne to numb the pain and stopping using the PAP powder the pain went away.
Awful harsh product that caused my teeth sensitivity and aching pain, will never use any of their products again and I strongly recommend anyone to give it a wide berth.
Returnd weeks ago...took a week before got a reply for them to ask for trackimg and i sent the tracking amd still havent recieved my refund and they recieved item back 2 weeks ago....so there is no confusion tracking is 02142C1002213FFB royal mail.....now process my refund
These are all true facts. (i) Almost 3 months waiting for my order (Black Friday, still not received). (ii) Chased on 26th Jan - no response for 2.5 weeks, until I chased again. (iii) Now 1 week waiting for the latest reply.
This is not the first time this insane delivery time has happened. I've been a repeat buyer of this product for years because it's good. But this is no longer worth it for me. They've lost a customer.
I absolutely LOVE my Hismile electric toothbrush!!! I’ve been obsessed with it since the day I bought it. I recently ran into a small issue and reached out to their customer service team, and I can honestly say I was blown away by how everything was handled.
Not only was the issue resolved quickly, but they went above and beyond to make things right in a way I never expected. It’s not often you feel that level of care from a brand, and it really made such a difference.
This kind of customer service really shows how much they value their customers.

Deceptive and Misleading would be the best way to describe my interaction with HiSmile.
I ordered a number of products from them to trial based on their current advertising blitz: V34 Whitening Strips x 2, Colour Correction Serum and the Stain Mouthwash.
What I received was only the Stain Mouthwash.
I contacted the company directly via their website to advise them of the error, and was promised a reply within 1-4 business days. I still have had no response.
I originally was hoping to just have my order fulfilled, but now would like to return the product that is received for a full refund.
Hopefully by involving the Department of Fair Trade, I can prompt someone within that organisation to actually do what their job is.
I do not recommend dealing with them as I believe after reading numerous other reviews that at least 1 in 4 customers have had similar issues. Very poor results for customer service.
- update: I sent you an email Sienna as per your request, and as previously mentioned regarding all correspondence to HiSmiles, I’m waiting for your response.
Still no resolution in sight.
I had no idea different flavored toothpaste existed until I found out about hismile. One day I spontaneously bought their watermelon toothpaste and I can’t imagine going back! Now I actually look forward to brushing my teeth and can’t wait to get more flavors.

OK I did wait approx 2 weeks for my order to arrive but I did order right after Christmas so on the assumption they were playing catch up.
I ordered the iD Stain Whitening Mouthwash and the V34 Whitening Strips.
1. The iD mouthwash, the taste wasn't to unpleasant (much better than my conventional mouthwash that actually tastes like chemicals) the iD one though the gunk that came out of my mouth, I thought it might have been a gimic so trialled it at different times throughout the day before & after brushing teeth to see what 'gunk' comes out and I was so surprised and also my mouth didn't have that strange 'your gums have just been stripped of the skin feel either' 🤣 so all in all 5 out of 5 from me!
2. The V34 Whitening Strips: I have trialled many strips over the years, My teeth are already pretty white naturally BUT you can always go a shader lighter right! So.... They were super super easy to apply, didn't have ANY taste whatsoever, The removal...
Easy to remove, a little messy when wiping the residue but as it states on the box, brush your teeth to remove residue and voilà BEAUTIFUL white teeth, No need to apply daily to achieve desired shade as per my other strips as they we're... how can I put it 'Ross from friends white' IF YOU KNOW... YOU KNOW! So all in all 5 out of 5 from me for these.
Overall comments: if you are not to fussed about a bit of a wait, and not after a fast response to queries even though they do eventually respond then these are the products for you (I bought via their website but they were shipped via Amazon)
If you get hung up, narky and demand next day products then I recommend going elsewhere.

I genuinely have no complaints, and while this might be a bit lengthy, it's truly worth your time. I've made two purchases so far. I wasn't aware there was a place to leave reviews, so I contacted the business directly. I've tried four flavors, and the peach iced tea is fantastic—just like the popular brand. The watermelon flavor tastes like a sweet candy, reminiscent of popular fruity treats without the sourness. The Wonka flavor is INCREDIBLE; it reminds me of a mix between chocolate and mint, similar to a Tootsie Roll or Andes mint. The cotton candy flavor is tasty, though it doesn't precisely mimic cotton candy; it's just delicious in its own right. I'm eager to try more flavors!
I've been using this toothpaste for years and absolutely love it! I used to have a membership, but they stopped auto shipping, which led me to forget to place my orders monthly. Consequently, my favorite flavors would often be out of stock. Now, I just order in bulk when they’re available. The shipping is quick, and the customer support is excellent! Overall, it's fantastic!
