The service provider has failed to deliver the services they initially promised while pressuring me to sign the agreement. They rushed me into signing the agreement during a call, without giving me enough time to understand the terms and conditions. It feels like they obtained my signature through undue pressure, forcing me to pay for a service that has proven to be worthless for a year.
This company engages in deceptive practices. Do not engage with their representative. I have been trying to cancel an account that I never intended to set up, which I was misled into. Despite my language barrier, I communicated my desire not to proceed, but I was assured there was no contract until I later expressed my intent to cancel, at which point they claimed I was locked into a one-year contract. After multiple attempts to resolve this and a negative review, I was offered a cancellation if I removed the review. I asked for permission to record this agreement, yet I have now received an invoice for a significant amount.
I received numerous calls about their services, which I declined multiple times. Eventually, I accepted an offer for a year, but it turned out to be a waste of both money and time. They excel at sending invoices but seem uninterested in providing actual service. When I called to express my concerns, I was threatened with debt collection. Despite my request for assistance, no one has contacted me in over a month. They only reach out when payment is involved. After nine months of subscribing, I have received no communication from this ineffective platform. Please remove my information from any future contracts.
