Censorship concerns

I occasionally comment on articles, and in this case, my first comment was not published, despite over 100 comments appearing the next day. I rewrote my comment, but it was again ignored. My point was about diversity in the industry, stating that ability should matter more than appearance. This seems to reflect a capitulation to current trends, which I find disappointing.

Time wasted

If something seems too good to be true, it often is. I registered and spent over £100, but after waiting three months and inquiring about my voucher, I learned that the small print states the purchase must exceed £100 before VAT. So, I ended up underspending.

Avoid the service's 'Sally Sorts It'!

For anyone looking for assistance through the service's 'Sally Sorts It' feature, it's not worth your time! This service is very selective in what it addresses. I reached out regarding a claim to an airline for a missed flight, which was completely ignored. However, another similar issue was resolved because it gained publicity.

Lack of authenticity and bias in comments

There is no fact checking and many comments seem fabricated. If you try to share an opinion that doesn't align with the narrative, it simply won't be published. It appears that most of the commenters are not genuine.

Lack of fact verification

There is no fact-checking, and comments that don't align with the narrative are simply ignored. Many of the commenters appear to be inauthentic.

Frustrating online puzzles

These online puzzles are quite irritating. Just when you think you're making progress, the format changes unexpectedly. Additionally, there are too many ads, and many puzzles are repetitive.

Limited access to stories

You can't read many of the stories without a subscription, and I have no intention of purchasing one.

Untrustworthy reporting

This is among the most dishonest groups that will publish anything, true or false, just to grab attention. While their Saturday TV guide is decent, their overall quality is severely lacking.
