I have used hive for a couple of years without any issues until I renewed my broadband provider. My hub would not link by WiFi to my new router,each time I tried to contact hive I couldn't speak to anyone as they said on automated response I didn't have an account. I then saw I could live chat with experts for £1 which I thought was reasonable. I was in this live chat with an expert trying different things to get my hive online but could not so I eventually hung up. To my surprise another £24 from my PayPal account due to this live chat. Be aware just incase you fall into this trap like I did.
