Hive thermostat will change our life very much. We bought from Amazon on January 2023. Its Very useful to every home. We always set the heating schedules for one week ahead looking after our duty rota. Also We can switch on our heating at any time from anywhere in the UK or anywhere in the world with the app where there's WiFi available. Also anytime we can know what is the exact temperature in our home at that moment. Sometimes we use Alexa for heating on. Also we can know that heating is working by looking Hive app. If a orange colour fire flame 🔥 showing in the app means the boiler is working and heating is started. Previously it was very difficult to set the heating schedules in boiler timer. Now its very easy to set in the app. We think this Hive thermostat is very useful to every home. We didn't any problems with the hub or thermostats. If anything that boiler is not working with schedule of app or thermostat then we switch off the Hive hub for 5 minutes and wait for 5 minutes and then switch on the Hive hub mostly the problem will solved. It will be the problem of software updating. And if the Hive hub flashing green light don't worry its due to software updating of the hub.
Once our heating, that's our boiler stopped working automatically at sunrise. First we don't know what's the reason. This is happened every day. Then we understood the reason. Our lights are routine set up with Alexa turn off when sunrise. When we disabled that daily routine in Alexa then that incident happened to heating anymore.
