I am writing to convey my strong dissatisfaction with the service I have received. Initially, I was promised by an advisor that I would receive the results the next day, which turned out to be untrue. I later spoke with a manager who clarified that next-day delivery was not possible, but assured me the report would be available by Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. Despite numerous follow-ups via email and phone, I have yet to receive the results or any meaningful updates. The lack of communication and repeated misinformation has been incredibly frustrating, causing significant inconvenience and financial loss. I made it clear from the beginning that this matter was both urgent and important. Unfortunately, the ongoing miscommunication and failure to deliver have highlighted a serious lapse in service standards. It is clear that staff and management could benefit from additional training to ensure accurate information is provided and customer concerns are addressed promptly. I request immediate attention to this matter and a formal response outlining the steps being taken to resolve it.
