I have heard so many great things regarding the Hiya brand for kids vitamins, so I wanted to give them a try for my son. We ordered our first month on their half off special and my son was so excited to receive his hot wheels car bottle. The vitamins are four different flavors so I thought that would be fun a new flavor day. Well, my son is very picky and had a really hard time stomaching certain flavors and said he was not gonna take them anymore. I emailed the customer support and told them I no longer wanted this subscription, If my son wasn’t gonna take the vitamin’s. The lady offered us a suggestion if we wanted to do a one flavor or multi sticks. We then decided to try the different flavors to see if there was one that he really liked thankfully, he really enjoyed the yellow tropical flavor. So customer service was very kind and sent us our next refill of just the tropical flavor. I’m very glad they were able to find a certain flavor for him because I know these vitamins have so much benefits for him and I didn’t wanna have to go back to getting Gummies. Overall I am impressed by the caring support of their customer service department. I can’t wait for my youngest to start taking their Vitimans as well. ( she is still a baby with no teeth). I recommended these vitamins to my best friends kids as well. I gave my extras flavors that my son couldn’t take to her kids and they fell in love with them too. Now Hiya has two more households that are happy members!
