Love these products! The sleep vitamins help my son sleep so much better and we have seen a huge improvement in his behavior during the day! We also give our kids the green powder and they seem to enjoy it and I feel so good giving them so many healthy things to start their day.

Very frustrating experience!

I ordered without realizing it was subscription-based, and when I tried to cancel, I discovered that it wasn't possible through the website. I had to reach out to the support team, and they said they couldn't cancel my subscription until the first order was delivered. This feels unreasonable and seems like a tactic to keep you subscribed until you forget about the next delivery. I had to change my card number to avoid further charges. I have no interest in the vitamins or using their services again! Companies need to understand that if I can create an account online, I should be able to delete or disable it without needing assistance. It's frustrating that I had to seek help for something that should be simple. I won't be using this platform again!

Feels like a scam for unwanted memberships.

This company is extremely frustrating! I placed an order without realizing it was subscription-based. When I tried to cancel, I found out that I had to contact them directly. They informed me they couldn't process my cancellation until the first order was delivered. This seems like a tactic to keep you subscribed, hoping you'll forget about it before the next charge. I had to change my card details to prevent further charges. I don't even want the vitamins anymore; this experience has completely turned me off from using their services again. If I can create an account, I should be able to delete or disable it myself without needing to reach out to someone. I won't be returning to this platform.

The superfoods chocolate flavor is off-putting...

The flavor of the superfoods chocolate is quite unpleasant. It has a strong taste of stevia, which my daughter couldn't handle after just one sip. I tried to return some unused canisters, but the response was a refusal. There was also no offer for a refund or credit. Update: I noticed they added a generic note to reach out to them. I had already contacted them before posting this review, but they declined to assist, citing that I received the product on promotion. They offer a significant discount to first-time buyers to encourage subscriptions, but if you dislike the product, they won't allow returns or refunds since you purchased it at a discount. Essentially, first-time customers are stuck with items they don't want. Quite a frustrating tactic.

The Kids Daily Greens did not taste good at all. My daughter found it unappealing. I suggest trying a sample if possible instead of investing in a full container that you can't return.

Very Disappointed with the Experience

I had high hopes for this service for my son, but the experience has been quite disappointing. He couldn't handle the taste of the vitamins after several attempts, and it was heartbreaking to see him struggle. Adding to the frustration, the customer service processed my next order five days before the renewal date and charged my account without warning. Their site claims to offer refunds, yet when I reached out, they said I was out of luck, even though the order hadn't shipped. Communication has been lacking since my initial purchase, and I received no notice about the new order. I contacted their text service, but the response was unhelpful. They refused to reverse the charge, ignoring my request to cancel before the renewal. Now I'm out over $100 for something we can't use. It's hard to understand how a company in 2025 has such inflexible policies. I can't recommend this service to any parent; the vitamins didn't work for us, and the lack of support was unacceptable.

If I could rate lower, I would.

Predatory, deceptive practices. After being unhappy with the product, I tried to cancel my subscription. Unlike other companies, this one doesn’t let you cancel directly and instead claims someone will get in touch to assist. I have yet to hear from anyone. Now, I must contact my credit card company to block future charges since the company refuses to cancel despite my request. Many other reviews indicate that this is a common experience. It's unethical and disappointing, especially for vulnerable parents.
