I ordered HIYA over a week ago and have not received it, nor have I received any information regarding my order other than it's "being processed". When asked, that is all I get, "being processed". I also found out that they automatically enroll you in a monthly subscription service (my fault for not seeing this). I tried to cancel the membership and the original order, which can only be done through email, and after THREE emails, here is the response I get: Upon checking, we see that your order is currently in the processing phase. Once it ships, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.Also, as a small token of our apology, we’d also like to offer you 10% off all future refill orders. Just let us know if we can go ahead and apply the discount to your subscription — we’ll take care of the rest.Additionally, as mentioned earlier, we do not offer immediate cancellation of subscription and suggest you to try the first pack and then if you still wish to cancel, just email us before the 30 days are up!If there is anything else we can help you with, please don't hesitate to reach out.We hope you and your family are safe.
