I had to reach out to the support team, and they said they couldn't cancel my subscription until the first order was delivered. This feels unreasonable and seems like a tactic to keep you subscribed until you forget about the next delivery. I had to change my card number to avoid further charges. I have no interest in the vitamins or using their services again! Companies need to understand that if I can create an account online, I should be able to delete or disable it without needing assistance. It's frustrating that I had to seek help for something that should be simple. I won't be using this platform again!
