We bought our family home through HJC in Thames Ditton. We dealt with Tuesday and Emma and they could not have been more supportive, professional and did everything they could to help. They are decent people and deal with you in a straightforward manner that puts you at ease. HJC offered a calm, mature and constructive service with a determination to secure the sale and overcome any obstacles along the way. Emma, Tuesday, Mel and Atri were all very friendly, efficient and kept us up to date at every stage. Atri in particular earned top marks for her determination and honest openness in working to secure our sale. They were very supportive, proactive, and a very professional company to deal with. We found HJC as they covered an area we really wanted to live in.We were told it as it is, i.e. we agreed with their thoughts and they didn't make any outlandish statements during the whole process. In our experience, we haven't always trusted some other agents we have dealt with, but that cannot be applied to HJC, they were great and always acted with complete integrity.Atri managed to source 2 properties for us before they were shared with the market or any other agent, we managed to conclude a purchase on our favoured property very swiftly.Atri was excellent in managing the process and ensuring we worked to our deadline and really brought everything together within the property chain.Would highly recommend Atri and HJC!Mike & Katie
